Produtos da Ciência da Informação para o processo de doação de bens permanentes em Instituições Públicas: o caso do projeto Motirõ

The efficiency in the management of public and private institutions assets proved to be an important factor to guarantee the development of its main activities. With regard to public companies, greater visibility in the application of these public resources is one of the pillars that support transparency. The disposal of unnecessary assets in one company can become an opportunity to be used in another company that does not have the necessary resources to acquire that item. In order to investigate the disposal process and the respective donation of these types of assets in public educational institutions, the Motirõ project was created, which examined the disposal process at the School of Information Sci-ence (ECI) of the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), based on existing legislation. Using mixed methodology, in a research characterized as qualitative, it was possible to develop the following results in relation to the process of donation of permanent assets of UFMG: schedule; scope of the pro-ject; temporality table; glossary of technical terms; manual; digital platform with the list of products available for donation; BPMN model of the mapped process; opening term; acceptance term and this article, which aimed to describe the procedures performed in the creation of information products for a specific ECI process. Based on the results, it was possible to verify whether there is a protocol to be observed for an efficient process of disposal and donation.
