    Abstract

    This chapter zooms in on the fields of public health and behavioural medicine, both important contexts for eHealth. The possibilities and challenges when using eHealth technology within these fields will be discussed and illustrated by examples from practice. The overall aim of this chapter is to introduce the reader to the applicability and effectiveness of the use of eHealth to improve health and prevent diseases.
