Abstract
Python analysis script, the main purpose is the convert a raw single point datafile(s) measured on a Picoquant MT200 microscope. And convert the photon time data into a lifetime histogram. Calculate the instrument response and fit the histogram data to a multi exponential full reconvolution model. The script outputs the exponential values and average lifetime.
