Abstract

We present the results of an analysis of Dutch secondary school students’and teachers’ perceptions of Quantum Physics (QP) in comparison to their perception of Classical Physics. First, data on teachers’ perception of QP teaching and their students’ understanding of QP were collected. Secondly, we analysed students’ self-efficacy concerning the subject of QP and related this to their teachers’ perceptions of teaching QP.
