Abstract

We use single-molecule fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (smFLIM) to map at the nanometer scale resolution the decay rate enhancement of single emitters coupled to new nanomaterial platforms that significantly modified the electromagnetic environment and the single-photon emission rate.
