    Abstract

In preparing my paper [1] I produced much more data than could be incorporated in the publication of [1]. However, the output of a number of (small) computer programs may be of interest to some readers, particularly, to those who want to continue this research. This report contains a small portion of all that output; the complete load can be reached via URLs. Needless to say that some familiarity with [1] is a prerequisite. [1] P.R.J.
