EDON is a company for energy distribution in the north and east of the Netherlands.Subject of the study was the work processes of the fitters and electricians. This is partof a project called 'improving effective and independent working of fitters and elec-tricians'. The study's goal is to improve the work processes of the fitters and electri-cians and to bring responsibilities to a lower level in the organization.
