Abstract
Caring a person who is diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease (AD) can be very challenging. Most AD patients rely on their caretakers to carry out their daily routine. The research presents a personalized digital memory book for Alzheimer's Disease (AD) patient. The application was tested on a real patient on its functionality and usability to help the patient to manage her everyday task, enhance her reminiscene and stimulate her cognitive function. The results indicated positive feedback and good level of user-satisfaction. The patient felt motivated and enjoyed using the application as it could be used to support managing her daily activities, help her to reminiscene better and improve her cognitive function.
