Abstract
Combined hybrid lithography and sputter redeposition enable reproducible wafer-scale fabrication of gold hollow nanopillars with relatively large field enhancement verified both numerically and experimentally. The application of such structures is demonstrated with surfaceenhanced Raman scattering (SERS).
